Getting started with Superhostem
Prepare your property.Then welcome your first guests.

Add your property.
In the menu, openProperties → Add property. You can start without a connected calendar. If you already have an iCal link, you can create a property and import bookings directly from the Dashboard.

Connect your first booking source.
Start with Airbnb, Booking.com or another source that supports iCal. Supported booking emails can add more information. Add direct bookings manually.
- Copy the complete iCal link from the correct listing's calendar on Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform.
- Open the property's calendar settings in Superhostem, paste the link, name the source and save.
- Compare imported arrivals, departures and blocked dates with the source calendar. For multiple units, check that each is assigned correctly.
iCal mainly transfers dates. Do not expect prices or complete guest details from it.

Prepare guest records and UbyPort access.
First arrange access for guest reporting and the details your municipality needs. The guest register then draws on bookings and completed online check-ins.
What to prepare
- Operator details, property address and contact email.
- Your IDUB and web service credentials, if you already have them.
- For the municipality, also prepare the number of beds and any details required by its form.
UbyPort: choose your situation
I don't have UbyPort yet
- On theUbyPort websiteyou can apply to register a new accommodation establishment. Enter the property, operator and contact details.
- Under Other information, request both a host account and automated data submission. Application:Superhostem. Developer:Superhostem s.r.o.
- Generate the PDF and submit it following the form's instructions. For data mailbox submissions, the police guide lists this recipient:ybndqw9.
- Once you receive your credentials, enter them in the relevant property's settings in Superhostem.
I have an IDUB but no web service access
Do not register the property again. A regular portal login alone is not enough to submit data from the app. Request an account for automated data submission and include your IDUB.

Fill in the details in square brackets. This template is for already registered establishments. For a new registration, submit the PDF generated by UbyPort.

Use your existing credentials for the property. Switching to Superhostem does not require a new registration. Enter the credentials in the correct property's settings and verify the connection.
Not sure which access you have? Check it against the document from the police, or ask during your initial consultation.
Local accommodation fee: prepare details for your municipality
- Check the website of the municipality or city districtwhere your property is locatedto see whether it collects this fee and find its form and rules.
- If you are required to register, provide operator details, the address and the number of beds. Follow the authority's submission instructions.
- Save the rate, payment account, variable payment reference and reporting and payment deadlines. Enter these in the property's settings in Superhostem.
Forms, rates and deadlines differ between municipalities. Follow your authority's current instructions.
Finally, check the guest register
Check that the booking is assigned to the correct property, the dates are right and all guest details are complete. Generate the register overview for your chosen date range. Check report submission separately: a completed guest form does not confirm that a report has been sent.

Set up messages and the cleaning overview.
Start with one pre-arrival message containing the guest link. Open Automation in the property details, copy the link and set its availability. Use the same timing for the message on Airbnb or Booking.com.
- Assign the link and template to the correct property.
- Schedule the message for when the booking is available through the link. Check last-minute bookings too.
- Create a separate shared link for cleaners and allow only the details they need.
Step 5 of 5
Try a stay from a guest's perspective.
Open check-in, enter sample details and check them in the booking and guest register. Do not send test data to the police or municipality. Remove it before going live and verify the details of real stays.
