We wanted a reliable way to keep guest records, the guest book, UbyPort reporting, local fees, and online check-in under control. None of the available tools covered the whole operation in a way we could fully trust, so we decided to build our own.

Vojta and Quang have known each other since studying at the Prague University of Economics and Business, Faculty of Informatics and Statistics. After school, each gained experience in a different part of the field - Vojta in technology and Quang in data, analytics, and business. With Superhostem, those experiences naturally met a concrete need: making guest records simpler and more trustworthy. The team also includes people responsible for legal and tax matters.
Co-founder, technology
He is responsible for the technical side of the product and system architecture. He brings 17 years of experience from frontend through backend to fullstack development, and has worked in several startups that grew into well-known companies with an international presence.
Co-founder, business and analytics
He leads the business side and product analytics. He has 9 years of experience as a data specialist and analyst, including 4 years in corporate environments. He has also worked as a consultant and external specialist on projects for many large international companies.
Lawyer
He works for a leading Prague law firm. At Superhostem, he focuses on legal matters, contract documents, and setting up processes so the service also makes sense from the perspective of hosts' obligations. He also represents us in communication with authorities.
Tax advisor
Zdeněk has 8 years of experience as an accountant, tax advisor, and consultant, including practice in international companies focused on audit, tax, and advisory services. He helps set up tax and accounting processes that make sense in everyday accommodation operations - from correct setup to monthly reporting.
