Does the guest need to install an app?
No. They open the link in a message or scan the QR code at the property and complete check-in in their browser. The form is available in 11 languages.
How online check-in worksCan I use my existing UbyPort access?
Use your existing UbyPort access. If only the software changes and the registered establishment and accommodation provider stay the same, use its existing web-service credentials. Changing software alone does not mean registering the establishment again.
